3. Eligibility

4. User Accounts and Registration

Our App operates anonymously and does not require account creation or personal registration. All app preferences and settings are stored locally on your device.

5.4 Refunds and Cancellations

7. Weather Data and Accuracy

Weather information is provided by third-party meteorological services and data providers.

7.2 Accuracy Disclaimer

Important Weather Notice: Weather forecasts and data are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of weather information. Users should not rely solely on our App for critical decisions involving safety, travel, or emergency situations.

7.3 Emergency Situations

For emergency weather situations, always consult official meteorological services and emergency authorities.

8. Push Notifications and Messaging

Our App uses Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver:

9. Location Services

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
Using automated systems to access or interact with the App

11. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Meteocentar and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11.2 Third-Party Content

Weather data and some app features may be provided by third-party services, subject to their respective terms and licenses.

11.3 User License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF WEATHER INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE APP.

14.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

15. Indemnification
